November 2014 – Astrodyne Corporation acquired TDI Power. Headquartered in Hackettstown, New Jersey, TDI designs and manufactures power supplies and integrated systems for semiconductor manufacturing, industrial, medical, mil/aero and other end markets. TDI targets demanding applications requiring precise voltage and/or current in harsh or highly variable conditions. Founded over 50 years ago, TDI Power has been an innovation leader in power for Defense, Aerospace, Telecommunications, Data Storage, and other demanding industries. The company’s headquarters in Hackettstown, NJ also houses engineering and manufacturing activities. TDI has a large, modern manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China, as well as an engineering design center in Ronkonkoma, NY.
