Alpha and Omega Semiconductor designs, and develops power semiconductor products for computing, consumer electronics, communication, and industrial applications. Alpha and Omega Semiconductor makes power discrete products, including metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFET), SRFETs, XSFET, electrostatic discharge, protected MOSFETs, high and mid-voltage MOSFETs, and insulated gate bipolar transistors.

Alpha and Omega Semiconductor has developed extensive intellectual property and technical knowledge that encompasses the latest advancements in the power semiconductor industry, which enables Alpha and Omega Semiconductor to introduce innovative products to address the increasingly complex power requirements of advanced electronics. The Company produces analog switches, power integrated circuits, transient voltage suppressors for notebook computers, battery pack protection, liquid crystal display back-light inverters, and high speed USB. The Company’s portfolio of power semiconductors includes over 1,600 products. The Company’s product portfolio consists of two categories: power discretes and power integrated circuits (ICs).

Alpha and Omega Semiconductor Ltd designs and manufactures semiconductors. The Company’s products focus on high volume products, including personal computers, flat panel televisions, light-emitting diode (LED) lighting, smart phones, battery packs, consumer and industrial motor controls and power supplies for television, computers, servers and telecommunications equipment. AOS products are applicable in desktop, laptop computers and tablets, flat panel displays and televisions.
